The meeting was called to order at 7:45.

The treasures report was read by Donna. There was a surplus of $145.47 from the picnic that will be put into the treasury.

OLD BUSINESS

Jerry checked into prices for new motors. We can get a 5 HP Briggs & Stratton at Northern Hydraulics for $239.99-$279.99. 

The rake boats need to be repaired. Roger motioned , Ray seconded to authorize the repair committee to spend upto $1,000 to fix up the rake boats. Motion carried.

Lake Restoration Rroject: On September 5 we had 3.5ft of clarity which didn't meet the guarantee. We have two options 

1: Retreat the lake when DNR allows or 

2: Extend the original warranty for one year. 

Ray motioned that we talk to Bob about rewriting the contract so that we get a new treatment sometime within the next 5 years with no extension of the original warranty. When we treat it and how much material will be determined by the DNR. Lance seconded. Motion carried. Ray will talk to Bob.
